Yes, this is the easiest way to get paid — painless and paperless. There's no limit on the number of bank accounts that employees can split their earnings into either. And it’s all at no additional charge.

Employees have access to their entire pay history and all their pay stubs through their employee self service pages. We'll also email employee pay stubs to them directly each payday.

Self Service refers to the personalized, secure webpages that are automatically created for every employee. The pages give employees the ability to do a number of different things — like make routine administrative changes to their personal information, update withholding and direct deposit info, access important company policies, request time off, view an employee directory, and a lot more.

Giving employees access to self service tools is one of the easiest tasks a company can do to improve the accuracy of its records and reduce the amount of time people spend on administrative work.

It's amazingly easy. Just answer a few questions. You can enter all of the information or you can use an email to invite your workforce to securely fill out their personal information online — including W-4, state withholding, direct deposit, and more.

TAX QUESTIONS

Yes. We file W-2s and 1099s, and we send copies to your workers. Best of all, it's included in our simple monthly price.

We file all federal payroll tax forms on your company's behalf. This includes W-2's, 1099's, Form 940 (Federal Unemployment Tax), and Form 941 (Quarterly filing statement dealing with taxes withheld from employees and due from employer).

We file all state and local forms for you. Every state has different requirements, so we follow the rules and regulations of the state(s) your business is located in.

MISC. QUESTIONS

Top-level secure. Our servers are stored in a secured location with limited access, enforced by keycard protocols, biometric scanning protocols, and around-the-clock interior and exterior surveillance.

Sensitive data is protected using bank-grade, 256-bit SSL encryption using the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) established by the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology.

Also, all data is backed up hourly and automatically switches to backup servers in the event of failure.
